Spring Parent-Teacher Conference (PTC)

We look forward to engaging in meaningful conversations during our Spring Parent-Teacher Conference (PTC) on the following dates:

Wednesday, March 18, 2026 | 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM
Thursday, March 19, 2026 | 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM

To facilitate scheduling, we will be using PTC Wizard, our Parent-Teacher Conference registration system. Families will need to complete a form to select the teacher(s) and time slots they wish to schedule.

How to Register for Parent-Teacher Conferences

‍Password: Your child’s OSIS/Student ID Number

Registration Deadline: Wednesday, March 18, 2025, at 12:00 PM
No bookings will be available after this time.

Important Details

The registration form includes your child’s Teachers, Guidance Counselors, and Department Assistant Principals.

You DO NOT need to meet with every faculty member.

Callback Number: Enter your preferred callback number on the last page of the form under the "Comment" section for each teacher.

Meeting Length: Each session is limited to five minutes per teacher to allow more families to participate.

If additional time is needed beyond the allotted five minutes, teachers will schedule follow-up discussions at a later date.
