Former students requesting transcripts or letter of graduations, may come to do either of the following:
Mail the request stating the name (maiden name while attending school), date you graduated, date of birth, telephone where they may be reached if any questions, and the name and address of where the official transcript or letter of graduation needs to be mailed.
Personally come to the Main Office on Monday to Friday from 9:00AM - 12:00PM.
Official transcript can only be mailed to institutions (universities, employments, etc) or picked up by the person requesting. Transcripts cannot be released to other people on your behalf.
Cash or Money Order of $5.00 will be accepted per transaction for each method.
